We provided the civil engineering design, permitting and construction phase services associated with the grading, drainage, pumped detention, site utilities and paving to serve a new ACE Hardware and secondary retail building located on FM 1488 in Magnolia, Texas.
The design included the extension of the public water system to serve the development.
- 1.97 Acres
- Designed a pump detention pond in order to optimize the developers usable land
- Coordinated with the TxDOT and utility provided to extend public water system within the State Right-of-Way
